The location is fantastic! Right across the train station. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. It's a real hostel with real interactions amongst travelers.. we loved the spacious common area.

Please stay here when you're in Hualien. You won't regret.

It's a stone throw distance to Hualien TRA and Bus Station. I stayed here for 2 nights in a double bed private room and it is totally incredible! The toilet comes with a bidet and the hotel provide 50TWD breakfast for restaurant/ 7-11 nearby. They themselves also provide free basic breakfast in the morning. They allow us to borrow extra pillow and the staffs are very accommodative in attending our requests. There are laundry machines (washer and dryer 40TWD each for 40 minutes, 10TWD for detergent). The environment is so clean, proper and awesome. Wish I could stay longer! Forget about other place in Hualien, just stay here if you're travelling alone/pair.

Convenient location

Located directly at the train/bus station with many scooter rental places around. Curtains covering the bed. Washing machines available. Free coffee and tea. Extra bathrooms on each level.

The upper beds in the dorm share a ladder and it's super slippery when you wear socks. I actually fell down once, luckily, I didn't get injured. There is a bathroom in the dorm which I think is not necessary and takes away space. When all beds are occupied, there is not a lot of space.

Great stop for a cyclist

As a cyclist, I valued safe storage indoors for my bicycle. The dorm beds had good curtains and were comfortable, and there were well-priced laundry washers and dryers on the top floor. And the location so close to the railway station was perfect for me.

To improve sustainability, my preference is to see a change from disposable paper plated for breakfast to reusable ones.

I will definitely stay at this hostel again. Value for money

location location location. less than 3 mins walk from Hualien train station. Can spot the green building from the station. The deluxe room we took was very big and the beds are comfortable.

- Good location - Nice staff - Big windows - Interesting 3D painting on the wall and floor

Hair dryer only worked a few minutes and I have to wait for about 15 minutes to use it again. I have long thick hair, so I have to dry with the air con alternated with hair dryer ????

Perfect stop for a cyclist.

Friendly welcome. Spacious basement area to store my bike. Comfortable bunk - even the upper one had easy access. Excellent laundry facilities. Well-equipped kitchen.

Sustainability seemed to be considered but sadly breakfast was on disposable plates.
